1. The main purpose of this story is to bring the Taiwanese story “Auntie Tigress” to the U.K. and to emphasis the cultural difference of the bad guy in fairy tales – Wolves in the West and Tigers in the East.
2. The way I’m doing this is to create an adaptation. I will combine 2 stories: “Little Red Riding Hood” and “Auntie Tigress.”
3. The roughly story is about: Little Red Riding Hood met a friend from Taiwan on the Internet. She decided to fly to Taiwan to meet her. When she got there she met the Auntie Tigress and took part into the story. Maybe the Big Bad Wolf will follow her to Taiwan and take part in the story too.
4. I haven’t write the whole story in detail but it will mainly follow the Auntie Tigress original story.
5. Concentrate on Taiwanese Hakka Culture: Unique buildings, costume, food…etc.
6. I need advices: Original/ Adaptation? Ancient/ Now?
7. Collage/ Acrylic/ Pop-Up.
